Why isn't the Upload Button available to me?

There are a few reasons as to why the 'Upload Button' is not available.
- You are not a member or you are not signed in
To rectify - sign up and sign in. - Please note that the 'Upload Button' is not available in the following categories:
* Prize Winners
* Eye Catchers
It is also not available on an Image Page (where you are looking at a full size image) - it is only available in a category - You may be looking at the 'Download Button' which is not available unless you are a Premium Member
The 'upload Button' is to the top right of the screen area

I'm having trouble with the 'Capture Image' before uploading an image - just cant get it right
A.
If you find that the Captcha Image (the number and letters in the box you need to type for security) is difficult to see or read, just click on the image and it will change to another one. If you are not sure if it is a letter 'I' or a number '1' or if you aren't sure if its a letter 'O' or a number '0' just click on the image until there are no I's 1's or O's - that should help!

How do I contact a team member from the Image Gallery?

Just use the contact page form and one of our friendly team members will be more than happy to contact you asap.

Do you keep or store any information about me after I sign up?
A.
Never! We do not store your personal information and we would NEVER allow a third party to have your information either. Even if you win a competition and you need to provide your postal address details - we do not store this information, but rather, delete it permanently from our records (email system) as soon as it is actioned. We are a trusted Australian site and we are proud of the exceptional reputation that we have built in the industry over the years, we don't want to ruin that!

Can I upload scanned images?
A.
Sure! As long as they are in good condition and add value to the category we will definitely accept pre-digital scanned images.

What if I don't see a category that fits my image?
A.
If you find that your image doesn't fit into one of our 78 categories, please feel free to email us using the contact page and give us a suggestion.
We love to hear from our members and we will reply to your email asap!
Q.
Do I have to fill in the 'key Words'?
A.
Yes - it is a good idea if you want your aircraft image to be found easily and grouped with other images similar or the same. If you dont want to fill in the key Words in thats ok too, we just ask that you fill in the image description and title as a minimum.

How will I receive my rewards program payment?
A.
You can receive your Rewards Program payment by direct deposit into your bank account, or we can send you funds through PayPal.
Q.
Is there a minimum requirement to enter into the competition?
A.
Yes. As stated on our Competition Page - there is a minimum of 5 image uploads required to become a Full Member and to be automatically entered into the prize drawer. Once you have at least 5 images, every time you upload an image, that image will go into that months prize draw - guaranteed!

How will I claim my prize if I win?
A.
If you win you will be contacted by one of our friendly team by email...
We will need the postal address you would like your prize sent to and we will organize the rest - nice and easy!
Q.
Why can't I see my image after I have uploaded it?
A.
Your image will not show up on our site until one of our friendly team have approved it. As soon as we have approved the image - it will show up in the category that you have uploaded it into and also in the 'Latest Images' area.
Q.
I'm no professional and I don't use photoshop - What if my image isn't good enough?
A.
Most images are "good enough"
We are not embracing perfection in Aviation Images, but rather, we want to embrace the passion and love of flight/aviation in Australia. We would rather display a *real image* than an over processed photo shopped image from professionals that rarely shows the actual look and feel of an image/shot.
